If we discover additional parts and repair services are needed during one of our support cases, we will contact and work with hardware manufacturers to order parts, including those under warranty. We will also work with local companies that we trust will get the job done for our customers. We will deliver devices that need repair services, keep customers informed of the status of repairs, and pick up devices when repairs are completed.
